horlo Terms of Use

These terms apply to your use of horlo (“the app”), made by Kokdemir Labs. By using the app, you agree to them. Apple’s Licensed Application End User License Agreement also applies.
Using the app
horlo is for personal, lawful use: making clock widgets for your Home Screen and StandBy. You are responsible for making sure your use of the app complies with applicable laws and the rights of others.
Permissions
The app does not ask for access to your photo library, contacts, location or microphone. It asks for the camera only when you choose to scan a design code. It asks to send notifications only after you agree to hear about updates and offers. If you say no, the rest of the app works the same.
Purchases
horlo is free to download and includes a free clock. horlo Pro is a one-time lifetime in-app purchase that unlocks the premium features. It is not a subscription and does not renew.
- Prices are shown in the app before you buy. A limited-time offer may show a lower price for a short time.
- Payments are processed by Apple under your App Store account.
- You can restore a previous purchase on a new device from the app’s settings.
- Refunds are handled by Apple under App Store policies. You can request one at reportaproblem.apple.com.
Your content and shared designs
You own the clocks you create. When you share a design, anyone with the link or QR code can see it and add it to their own app. Only share designs and text you have the right to share.
Availability
We work to keep the app reliable, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted operation or compatibility with every device or iOS version. Widgets depend on iOS, which decides when and how they are shown.
No warranty
The app is provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind, to the fullest extent permitted by law.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Kokdemir Labs is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages resulting from your use of the app.
Changes
We may update these terms from time to time. The date at the top of this page shows when they were last changed.
