Currency Privacy Policy

This policy describes how Currency (“the app”), made by Kokdemir Labs, handles your information.
Summary
- The app does not collect any personal data. We cannot see what you convert or which currencies you use.
- There is no account, no advertising, no analytics and no tracking.
- Your settings stay on your device and in your own iCloud account.
Data stored on your device
The app stores the following on your device:
- your list of currencies and its order;
- the last amount you entered;
- a copy of the latest exchange rates and currency names, so the app works offline.
None of this is sent to us.
iCloud
If you are signed in to iCloud, your list of currencies is stored in your iCloud account through Apple’s iCloud key-value storage, so it is the same on all your devices. It is stored by Apple and we cannot access it. Entered amounts are not synced. Apple’s handling of iCloud data is described in the Apple Privacy Policy.
Exchange rates
The app downloads exchange rates from the free, open-source Exchange API, served through jsDelivr and Cloudflare Pages. These requests only ask for the latest public rates and contain no information about you. As with any internet request, the server you connect to sees your IP address. That is governed by the policies linked above, and we do not receive it.
Diagnostics
The app contains no crash reporting or analytics SDK. If you have chosen to share analytics with app developers in your device settings, Apple may provide us with anonymous crash reports and usage statistics. You can change this in Settings → Privacy & Security → Analytics & Improvements.
Data retention and deletion
Deleting the app removes all data stored on your device. To remove the synced currency list from iCloud, open Settings → your name → iCloud → Manage Storage (exact labels vary by iOS version), or contact us and we will explain how.
Children
The app does not collect personal data from anyone, including children.

We will update this page when the app’s data practices change. The date at the top shows the latest revision.
